Manufactured by Olympic Instruments, Inc. of Vashon, Washington, this heavy-duty mechanical measuring device accurately measures cordage lengths from 6mm to 20mm diameter, reading out in metres and decimeters via a resettable mechanical counter.

Built to conform to NBS H-44 Requirements (1969), this unit was designed for professional use in rope manufacturing, marine rigging, and industrial cordage applications.
