The Peerless Model 801 Hinged Handcuffs are nickel-finish restraints designed for law enforcement, corrections, security, and duty use. The hinged design provides added control by restricting hand and arm movement more than standard chain-style cuffs. The Model 801C features all-steel construction, spun rivets, smooth ratcheting action, and push-pin double-lock capability for secure restraint use.
