The Peerless Model 802C Hinged Handcuffs are black oxide restraints designed for law enforcement, corrections, security, and duty use. The hinged design provides added control by restricting wrist and arm movement more than standard chain-style handcuffs. The Model 802C features all-steel construction, smooth ratcheting action, and an improved internal lock mechanism for increased tamper resistance and durability. The black oxide finish provides a darker, low-visibility appearance compared to standard nickel-finish cuffs.
