The OTTO V1-10172 is a 2-wire surveillance communication kit built around a separate palm microphone/PTT assembly and acoustic-tube earpiece. Separating transmit and receive functions across two leads allows the microphone control and earpiece to be positioned independently on the user’s clothing or equipment.

This configuration is intended for compatible Motorola HT1000-series radio setups and uses an acoustic tube for private received audio. The palm-mounted microphone and push-to-talk control provide a dedicated transmit point without requiring the user to handle the radio itself during routine communication.
