The OTTO V1-10165 is a 2-wire surveillance communication kit that separates received audio from the microphone and push-to-talk controls. The kit uses an acoustic-tube earpiece for private incoming audio and a separate palm microphone/PTT assembly that can be positioned independently on clothing or equipment.

This beige configuration is built for discreet radio use where the user needs to monitor communications without relying on the radio’s external speaker. The 2-wire layout keeps the earpiece and transmit control on separate leads, giving more flexibility in how the kit is routed and worn.
