This police-trade rifle combines a Bushmaster lower receiver with a Colt 6721A3 Tactical Carbine upper, creating a mixed-manufacturer AR-15 configuration rather than a factory-matched rifle. The lower provides the serialized Bushmaster receiver and fire-control group, while the Colt upper supplies the 16-inch carbine-length top end.

The upper is configured with a fixed front sight base, flat-top receiver, carbine-length handguard, and flash hider. An aftermarket bolt is installed in place of the original Colt bolt, so the rifle should be viewed as a component-built duty carbine rather than an all-original Colt 6721A3.

This is a used law-enforcement trade-in and may show scratches, finish wear, rack marks, inventory markings, and other signs of service.
