The United Shield Spec Ops helmet is a low-profile aramid ballistic helmet designed for operators needing lightweight protection with minimal interference to hearing, peripheral vision, communications equipment, gas masks, or balaclavas. United Shield lists the Spec Ops helmet as available to meet NIJ 0106.01 Level IIIA protection. This helmet includes a front night vision shroud/mount, interior pad system, and adjustable chin strap/harness.
