This Armor Express Level IV Plate Carrier Set includes a black plate carrier with two hard armor plates. The carrier has adjustable shoulder and side straps, front and rear MOLLE webbing, and hook-and-loop areas for identification or patches.

The included hard armor plates are marked NIJ Level IV. Because this is used police trade equipment, the Level IV designation reflects the original manufacturer rating shown on the plate label and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of current ballistic performance.
